By default we will mail a physical gift card to original purchaser, or you can send us an email and we can mail a physical gift card to your lucky friend! Add one or more into cart and we will combine them into one gift card unless otherwise specified by you in an email.

Returns & Exchanges
Our ready-made hats are handcrafted, finished, and ready to ship. Because of this, all sales are considered final with one exception: fit.
If the size you selected isn’t right, you may return your hat within 7 days of delivery, provided it is:
- Unworn and unaltered
- In brand-new condition
- Returned in its original packaging
